The Radiological Society of North America (RSNA®) and the American College of Radiology (ACR®) want to introduce radio and other broadcast listeners to RadiologyInfo.org, a patient information website offering detailed, yet easy-to-understand descriptions of more than 260 radiologic tests and treatments, disease/condition descriptions, screening, and safety topics.

RadiologyInfo.org is a valuable resource that informs listeners about diagnostic imaging exams such as MRI, CT, x-ray, ultrasound, PET/CT and mammography as well as interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and radiation therapy procedures.

The website is available in English and Spanish, written for the general public, and designed to address patient questions about an upcoming exam or treatment. RadiologyInfo.org describes radiologic procedures and provides patients with insight as to what they may expect and how they can prepare.

All website content is reviewed by physicians with expertise in the areas presented. RadiologyInfo.org does not provide medical advice or referrals, nor does it accept advertising. The site is fully supported by RSNA and ACR; access is totally free and does not require registration.
